How does it work?

Vision+ utilises computer vision and AI to monitor unsafe behaviour 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It never blinks. Vision+ integrates up to four camera streams per high-risk work zone to calculate different risk hazards. Our advanced AI accurately detects and assesses potential red flags, prioritising safety during high-risk activities such as loading, lifting and working at height operations.

Object Detection and Motion Assessment

Utilises advanced AI models to identify all objects within the video stream to determine, for example, if a load is in motion or static on the ground.

Comprehensive Safety Coverage

Addresses gravity related risks such as lifting, loading, and working at heights, applicable to multiple industries such as construction, manufacturing, energy, and mining.

Critical Control Expertise

Vision+ applies learnings from Forwood’s 10+ years industry experience, building and refining critical control management programs in high-risk environments. It monitors mature critical controls for high potential risks through constant video streams.

Timely Web and App Notifications

If the Vision+ algorithms identify potential at-risk events, predefined workflows are triggered within the system, sending notifications in the mobile app and web applications. This plays a pivotal role in promptly notifying responsible individuals, facilitating swift action to risk areas.

Extended Safety Coverage

The drop zone is projected out at 30 degrees to the sides of the moving load accounting for the possibility of the load falling within an extended diameter. This ensures comprehensive coverage in loading zones, by recognising when required safe distances are not adhered to.

Wide Angle Camera Considerations

Our advanced algorithms account for variations in the vertical trajectory of moving loads introduced by wide angle cameras. This provides accurate calculations of the drop zone, even in complex camera environments.
