Designed to complement the upgraded web portal, the new mobile solution lets you verify multiple risks and controls in the one workflow – no more jumping in and out of the app.

Delivering standardized and reliable visualisations of safety metrics and activities, the new comprehensive dashboards include:

  • Compliance Trends. Track overall compliance, structure-level data, and trends over time.
  • Non-Compliance Analysis. Visualise non-compliance by risk and structure level, with detailed record tables.
  • Participation Metrics. View verifier activity, participation rates, and details verification records.
  • Incident Overview. Analyse incidents by severity and status, with a focus on recent occurrences.
  • Action Plan Status. Monitor action completion rates and overdue actions by structure or work area.

Tailor to what you want to see 

During onboarding, you can now opt for a customised setup to accommodate your organisation’s specific preferences and requirements. For example:

  • Configure company-specific dropdown values.
  • Show or hide modules.
  • Exclude unsuitable methods of analysis.

These new options ensure each client’s configuration remains separate and exclusive to their needs.

For a seamless experience across your operations, improved flexibility allows you to customise content, such as logos and terminology. Global teams are also better served with multi-language support.

In addition, a self-service update in Safety+ 2.0 lets you maintain your own critical control verification checklists in the web solution.

Review and share information efficiently  

New export features make it quicker and easier to validate, move, and share important information. All transactional data can now be exported with intense filtering options, such as the ability to only export records that are overdue or incomplete.

Process data faster across teams 

For clients with multiple business units, new bulk data processing options enable a smooth and fast flow of information across teams.

In conjunction with Safety+ 2.0, we’ve developed the all-new Forwood Safety+ mobile app.

Designed for the upgraded web portal, the new app is a requirement for Safety+ users who upgrade to version 2.0 and use the solution to complete critical control verifications.

Intuitive interfaces ensure the checklists are accessible and straightforward to use, from frontline workers to supervisors and management.

While working online or offline, the new Forwood Safety+ app lets you:

Select multiple risks in one verification 

Get to worker faster by verifying all the risks at once. The new multi-risk verification feature lets you select and verify the multiple risks of a job in a single view, streamlining the verification process.

Select multiple controls in one session

Like with risks, the Forwood Safety+ mobile app allows you to choose and verify multiple controls for the selected risks in the one workflow. This ensures comprehensive safety coverage and keeps processes to a minimum.

Create integrated action plans

Capture and establish missing critical controls with enhanced Action Plan management. New capabilities enable the creation of action plans directly during verification, ensuring quick follow-ups and task management.

Configure content and geolocate risk verifications

Tailor Forwood Safety+ to your operations with configurable content including images, questions, answer types, and tool tips, and geolocate risk verifications using geospatial tools.

Experience enhanced performance and stability

The Forwood Safety+ app is optimised for speed and performance, reducing load times when connectivity is limited or unavailable. Improved stability and enhanced offline capabilities let you navigate the app without interruption even during extensive field operations.
